Kerry Sullivan is recognized as the out-island specialist for Hope Town and Elbow Cay in the Abacos. Kerry joined Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty in 2002 and has consistently held her status as a top producer among her colleagues. Kerry was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada.
While attending university, Kerry’s love for music and talent as a singer, led her to perform internationally which helped to finance her through college. She was awarded a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a double major in Marketing and General Business from the University of Saskatchewan. In the years after graduation, Kerry worked in sales and marketing for a Canadian radio station, moving on to become an account executive for AT&T Business Systems, then as an advertising representative for print in conjunction with Canada Safeway.
In 1997, Kerry made a life altering decision by accepting a position in sales and marketing with a local internet company. A year later she met her future husband, Todd Cash, President of Abaco Construction Ltd. Their partnership in the construction industry has been extremely valuable, and a contributor to Kerry’s overall success as a top producing realtor.

Jane is an accomplished realtor, joining Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty in 2003. With 12 years experience in the Elbow Cay, Abaco Property Management market, Jane has built effective business relationships and gained an extensive knowledge of real estate in Elbow Cay and the neighbouring islands.

Graduating with a B.S. degree from Cal Poly Luis Obispo in California, Jane resides on Elbow Cay with her two children.
